FIX: Improve the error logging when backing up Concord.

Release v5.31.2

NEW: Customers now have a link that will enable them to more easily give Concord as a gift. An account is still required, but the link will take you directly to the gift-giving page.

UPDATE: Customers can now switch between adding text or adding a citation from within the active field.

UPDATE: If you share a list via a link, comments and notes will automatically be shared too. (Use the “Send Email” option if you want to control these Settings.)

UPDATE: Bold, Italics, and Underline in the annotations and text fields will now indicate which formatting styles are active.

UPDATE: When sending a list via email, the “To:” field does not allow users to enter the same email address more than once.

FIX: Some computers that had updated to Apple’s latest Big Sur OS resulted in Concord displaying a horizontal scroll bar.

FIX: If a shared list is opened in Concord Guest Access, the customer’s device will open the List panel to that list.

FIX: Concord lists that included 100+ citations were experiencing slowness with some features (like dragging/dropping). This should no longer be the case.

Release v5.30

Contains releases v5.27.1, v5.27.2, v5.27.3, v5.27.4, v5.27.5, v5.28, v5.28.1, v5.28.2, v5.28.3, v5.29

NEW: You now have the ability to send your Concord List to up to ten friends or family members, all from within Concord. The email that is sent includes a link that (when clicked) will automatically import the list you shared into the recipient’s Concord account. It also attaches the list as a PDF for easy viewing. If your friend or family member does not have a Concord account, they can open, view, and print the shared list using Concord’s Guest Access for free.  Read the help article or watch the video to learn more about this feature.

Note: Images are removed from a list before it is shared. The import link is only valid for 30 days.

NEW: Share your Concord List via a link. This option is especially useful on Mobile if you want to send your List via text or whatsapp. When the link is clicked, Concord gives your friend the option to import the List.

NEW: Before importing a shared list to your Concord account, you have the option to choose a folder and rename the shared list, or to import it with no changes.

NEW: Move a list to the trash. This new option prevents the immediate, permanent deletion of a list. Instead, a deleted list is moved to the trash, where it will remain available for 30 days. Read the help article or watch the video to learn more about this feature.

Note: Lists moved to the trash are automatically deleted after 30 days.

NEW: The collapsable blades at the bottom of both Study Tools and Lists now include their corresponding icons.

UPDATE: Links that are added to annotations or comments now notify customers when clicked that they may be taken to a third-party website.

UPDATE: When Search results are 200 or less in the Bible, Science and Health, the Christian Science Hymnal, or Other Writings, the expand/collapse icon is shown.

UPDATE: Settings in Print Preview and the new List Sharing feature enable you to show or hide annotations and/or comments.

UPDATE: The word “Ego” in the glossary of Science and Health now matches the book formatting.

UPDATE: Improved error tracking in audit logs.

UPDATE: Add information regarding sharing a list to the Concord Privacy Policy.

FIX: When adding an annotation or comment, the text field no longer shows a “Rich Text Area. Press ALT-0 for help” tool tip.

FIX: Next button and bookmark are accessible again when the List panel is closed.

FIX: List comments stay in place when edited, regardless of the location of the insertion bar.

FIX: Dragging and dropping a citation to the top of the List no longer causes the citation to disappear. Dragging a citation from Search to an empty list adds the citation in the list, after opening the List panel.

FIX: Restoring a list using revision history no longer impacts account access.

FIX: A few sentences in Mary Baker Eddy’s Other Writings were not highlighting completely where a footnote was also present. The full sentence now highlights correctly.
