This help article will walk you through the steps of verifying your email address for your Concord account. You will need to verify your email address if you have newly created a Concord account or if you have changed the email address associated with your account.
Verifying Email Address After Creating an Account
Seven days after your account’s creation, you will be prompted to verify your email address the next time you login. Enter your email address into the box and click submit.
2. To finish verifying your email, go to your email inbox and locate the email from The Concord Team (email@example.com) with the subject line “One More Step: Email Address Verification”.
3. Click on the email and select “Please click here on this link to verify your email address.” You will be redirected to Concord.
4. Your email address is now successfully verified.
Verifying Email Address After Changing Email
