  1. Go to the List Options Menu.

  1. Select “Print Preview.”

  1. Choose “Print Settings.”

  2. Choose “Format.”

  1. Choose “Citations.”

  1. You’ll see that your list now shows the citations in citation format.

  1. From here, choose “Print” to print your list, or “PDF” to save your list to your device for electronic distribution.

  2. Choose “Text” in the top right corner of Print Preview.

  1. Select all of the text. You can do this by using your mouse to drag & highlight the text, or by selecting control + A on your keyboard. (Command + A for Mac).

  1. Now, right click and select “copy,” or select control + C on your keyboard. (Command + C for Mac).

  2. Open the program you’d like to use for formatting, such as a text editor like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Pages, and create a new document.

  3. Once you are in the new document, right click and select “paste,” or select control + V on your keyboard. (Command + V for Mac).

  1. From here, you can use functions of the text editing program to format the citations exactly as you’d like; for example, formatted in two columns or some other preferred format.
