  1. Open Safari.

  2. Go to Safari > Preferences.

  3. Click the Passwords icon.

  4. Enter your account password (to access all the saved passwords).

  5. Click on the one that is incorrect.

  6. Click Remove in the lower right-hand corner.

  7. Click Remove again when it asks you if you are sure you want to remove the password.

  8. Close Safari Preferences window.

  9. Login to Concord using the new password.

  10. Click Save password when prompted– your new password will now be saved in the browser.

FIREFOX

  1. Open Google ChromeFirefox.

  2. Go to 3-dot horizontal line menu in upper right-hand corner.

  3. Choose SettingsOn Mac, choose Preferences; on PC, choose Options.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Advanced.

  5. Scroll down to Passwords and forms.

  6. Click Manage passwords.

  7. Under Saved Passwords, find Go to Privacy & Security.

  8. Click on Saved Logins.

  9. Click on the one that is wrongincorrect.

  10. Click Remove in the 3-dot menu to the right of the incorrect password.

  11. Click Remove.

  12. Close the Settings tablower right-hand corner.

  13. Close "Saved Logins" window.

  14. Login to Concord using the new password.

  15. Click Save when prompted– your new password will now be saved in the browser.
