Update the Saved Concord Password in your Browser

When you reset your Concord password, you will need to update the information saved in the browser.

CHROME

Open Google Chrome.
Go to 3-dot menu in upper right-hand corner.
Choose Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and click Advanced.
Scroll down to Passwords and forms.
Click Manage passwords.
Under Saved Passwords, find the one that is wrong.
Click the 3-dot menu to the right of the incorrect password.
Click Remove.
Close the Settings tab.
Login to Concord using the new password.
Click Save when prompted– your new password will now be saved in the browser.

Open Safari.
Go to Safari > Preferences.
Click the Passwords icon.
Enter your account password (to access all the saved passwords).
Click on the one that is incorrect.
Click Remove in the lower right-hand corner.
Click Remove again when it asks you if you are sure you want to remove the password.
Close Safari Preferences window.
Login to Concord using the new password.
Click Save password when prompted– your new password will now be saved in the browser.

Open Firefox.
Go to 3-horizontal line menu in upper right-hand corner.
On Mac, choose Preferences; on PC, choose Options.
Go to Privacy & Security.
Click on Saved Logins.
Click on the one that is incorrect.
Click Remove in the lower right-hand corner.
Close "Saved Logins" window.
Login to Concord using the new password.
Click Save when prompted– your new password will now be saved in the browser.
