This help article will walk you through the steps of verifying your email address for your Concord account. You will need to verify your email address if you have newly created a Concord account or if you have changed the email address associated with your account.

Verifying Email Address After Creating an Account

  1. Seven days after your account’s creation, you will log into Concord and be prompted to verify your email address. Enter your email address into the box and click submit.

2. To finish verifying your email, go to your email inbox and locate the email from The Concord Team. The subject of the email is “One More Step: Email Address Verification”. The email should be from support@login.concord.christianscience.com.

3. Click on the email and select “Please click here on this link to verify your email address.” You will be redirected to Concord.

4. Your email address is now successfully verified.

Verifying Email Address After Changing Email

If you change the email address associated with your Concord account you will receive a notice telling you to verify your new email address. To learn how to change the email address associated with your Concord account click here.

  1. Go to your new email’s inbox and locate an email from The Concord Team. The subject line of the email will be “Please verify your new email address”. The email should be from the email address support@login.concord.christianscience.com.

  2. Click on the email and then select “Verify email”. You will then be redirected into Concord.

3. Your email address has now been verified and you will receive an email confirmation momentarily.
