How to Reset Your Password

There are two ways to reset your password. You can either choose “Forgot Password?” on the login screen, or if you are logged in to your Concord account, you can change your password from the “Account Info” page in your account.

OPTION #1: Using “Forgot Password?”:

  1. Go to concord.christianscience.com and click on the blue “Login/Guest Access” button at the top of the screen.

2. Click on the words “Forgot Password?” at the bottom left of the login page.

3. Enter your email address into the box labeled “E-Mail,” and click “Submit.”

4. You will then be redirected to the login page where a green pop-up at the bottom of the page will indicate that an email with further instructions has been sent to your email address.

5. Navigate to your email client, open the email, and select “Click here to change my password.” You will be redirected back to Concord.

6. Enter and confirm your new password following the password requirements displayed to the right of the page, and then click “Submit.”

7. Your password will now be reset and you will be redirected to the login page where you can login using your updated password. Notice a popup towards the bottom of the login screen confirming your password was reset successfully.
