How to Change Your Email Address
This help articles covers how to change the email address associated with your Concord account.
To change your email in Concord:
Computer/laptop - click your email address in the top bar
Tablet - Tap the Gear icon in the top bar, then tap Profile in the menu
Mobile - Tap the button at the bottom, then tap Profile in the menu
4. Click on the “Edit Info” button in the top right side of the Account Info box.
5. Once the Edit Profile window pops up, delete your old email address from the first box and type in your new email address. When finished, press the Save button to complete this change.
6. After hitting Save, you will see a small notice pop up confirming your profile has been updated. To finish, click “OK.”
7. You will need to verify your new email address. Click here to read a help article about how to verify your email address.
8. Click the Exit arrow on the left side of the screen to return to Concord.
