How to Toggle Numbering On and Off

This article explains how to turn on and off numbering for individual citations within Concord.

This feature allows you to adjust the sequential number order of citations in your lists so that select citations are not included. To do this you will click on the number of the citation that you want to exclude and it will turn off the number for that selected citation only. The number for a particular citation being turned off is indicated by a circle with a line through it.

The number order will skip over the citations that you have selected to remove from the number order.

To restore a citation back to sequential number order click on the circle with a line through it.
