Changes in v5.1.0
Includes a number of updates from v5.0.31, v5.0.32, v5.0.33, and v5.0.34 which were not initially published to the beta users.
- NEW: Text layout has been updated to improve performance. Full justification has been removed and text segments are now 10 pages in length for the writings of Mary Baker Eddy.
- NEW: Integrated login and registration page for new users.
- NEW: Remote support feature so Concord technical support may better understand and troubleshoot issues that customers are experiencing
- NEW: Integrated a notification system to communicate with users about system maintenance or any other issues. If the bell icon next to notices is yellow, you have a new notification.
- NEW: Icons for Scriptural cross-references have been moved to the left margin, given an updated icon, and display in an updated pop-up.
- NEW: Hymns with alternate text now have a link to navigate users to the alternate text between hymnals. Click on the lighter colored hymn number to jump to the alternate text.
- NEW: Hymn authors and composers are now searchable.
- NEW: Users may cite a hymn by only typing in the hymn number (i.e. Hymn 7). Concord expands that citation to include all the verses.
- NEW: When logging in, there is a new show/reveal button that displays your password as you login. Use this to help reveal your password as you type it in.
- NEW: "Delete List" in the list drop-down menu is now placed at the bottom of the options. When clicked it now asks for confirmation before performing the delete.
- NEW: Hymnal verse text is now indented to conform to the words only versions of the hymns.
- NEW: Concord returns you to the text you were last reading on all devices.
- FIX: Discontinuous citations now preview, and copy and paste correctly. Previously, the last portion of text was being cut off. If you have a citation with missing text in the text preview, you may need to re-save or re-create the citation.
- FIX: iPhone display sizing issue has been corrected. Users no longer need to pinch-zoom to view program.
- FIX: Saving Concord to the iPhone or iPad home screen now hides the Safari web browser. Please recreate your shortcuts for this to work.
- FIX: The default double-quotes on iPhone and iPad now work for performing an exact phrase search.
- FIX: Deleting a citation in List no longer scrolls the list to the top of the list.
- FIX: Citation Builder no longer remains visible in Print Preview screen.
- FIX: Improvements in small caps and italic text display in Science and Health and the Hymnal.
- FIX: Improved text formatting for The Manual, Miscellaneous Writings, and No and Yes.
- FIX: Searches for some Manual and Miscellaneous Writings citations open appropriate corresponding text.
- FIX: Dragging and dropping citations no longer skips a place in lists.
- FIX: Missing periods added to Bible book abbreviations in Search results.

Includes changes from v5.0.26 which were not published to the beta users.
- NEW: Added the 2017 hymnal audio and updated hymnal text formatting.
- NEW: Added a profile management tool to change your username to a different email address and provide first and last name (so that we may address you by name in our communications).
- NEW: Added “New Comment” button in lists to make it easier to add comments separate from citations.
- FIX: Users may be logged in to multiple devices and not get an error from Concord. This should eliminate the HTTP Status 404 errors many of you experienced.
- FIX: Repaired *many* of the book text display issues reported by our users.
- FIX: iPhone now remembers font size between sessions.
- FIX: Tablet book text is now in book format consistently.
- FIX: Improved text presentation of the Hymnal and Mary Baker Eddy’s writings.

- NEW: Added new metadata to hymns 1-430 including:
- Translated titles for hymns that contained translated titles
- Added the asterisks on the hymns that contained them. Hymns with asterisks have a note added at the bottom of the hymn reflecting the meaning of the asterisks as defined in the original hymnal.
Changes in v5.0.25
- Tablet interface is now available. It supports both iOS and Android tablets.
- Added CTRL/COMMAND + C to copy free-flowing text from selected citation in book text
- Fixed issues with small screen sizes having a horizontal scroll bar. Concord will now automatically resize to a two-column view if your screen is not large enough. (Use ctrl/command +/- to zoom in or out if you want the three column view to return.)
- Fixed the search results list in Safari to display all of the results and include Recent/Favorites tools
- On the Recent/Favorites search tools, we moved the "Clear All" function to an icon in the top left
- When right-clicking selected text in the text pane, the Copy to clipboard and Copy to List menu's are now always expanded
- Various improvements to print preview formatting
- Lists that are not named, now automatically save as "Untitled List" not "New List"
- Updated title element to the browser tab to display Concord
- Improved the display of the tables of contents within each book
- Added italics to certain words in marginal headings in Science and Health to better match the books.
- Fixed bug where case sensitive searches with large search results would return incorrect results after a stemming search was performed
