6. Four options for copying appear. These serve different purposes, depending on what you would like to copy:

1) Citation: Copies only the citation location (book, page, verse).

2) Free Flowing: Copies both the text of the citation and its location.

3) Book Format: Copies both the text of the citation and its location, while also preserving the original formatting (verse numbers, sentence breaks).

4) Concord Link: Copies only the link to the citation in Concord.

Tap whichever copying option best suits your purposes.

7. After selecting your copying method, the box of options will disappear. In its place, a small box reading “Copied!” will appear before also fading away. This indicates that the citation is copied to your clipboard and ready to be pasted.

8. Navigate to the app of your choice and tap where you would like the citation to be pasted. Click the clipboard icon above your keyboard to paste the text. If the clipboard icon does not appear, hold your finger on the screen until the “Paste” option appears, then select it. Your copied text should appear.

To the right is an example of how the four different citation options (all used on the same passage) appear when pasted into a different app.
