Changing your default view in Concord

Problem

User is stuck in the mobile view on their desktop browser and everything is big and doesn't make sense.

Solution

The user needs to configure their session to return to desktop or tablet mode.

To reset your application view, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'hamburger' menu item labelled "More" (the item that has three horizontal lines) at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Click "Settings"
  3. Click "Display"
  4. Click on the view that the user is interested in (most likely "Desktop").
