Search Options Overview
This article explains how to use Concord’s advanced search options through the “Search Options” menu. You can watch the video or follow the written instructions below.

“Search Options” Menu Location
The “Search Options” menu provides an easy way to utilize Concord’s advanced search functionality. It can be found below the search bar, as shown on the right.
To open the menu, click on the words “Search Options”.

In the menu, there are four types of advanced search options: Stemming Search, Case Sensitive Search, Range Search, and Proximity Search.

Steps to use these advanced search features:
First, enter a search term into the search bar:
Next, click the gray button aligned with the search option you would like to use. When you click the button, it will turn blue, and the name of that search option will appear above (next to the words “Search Options”).
You can use these buttons to turn on multiple advanced search options at once.
Note: Stemming Search and Case Sensitive Search cannot be used together.
Once you have your desired search options selected, click the magnifying glass button (beside the search bar) to begin your search.
You can adjust your search by turning different search options on or off to meet your needs. When you click the blue button on a search option, it will turn gray and disappear from above to show that it is no longer in effect.
To clear all advanced search features at once, click the circular “X” button in the search bar or the blue “Reset” button at the bottom of the “Enable” column.
